Legal documents have come to light that show Félix "xQc" Lengyel, a well-known Twitch and Kick streamer, is suing his former girlfriend Samantha "Adept" Lopez for $500,000. The lawsuit is about two sports cars that xQc bought, which Adept is said to have used.
In December 2021, it was reported that successful streamer xQc had purchased an extremely expensive sports car - a McLaren 720 S Spider Coupe worth over $327,000. Since xQc didn't have a driver's license, the car was registered in both his name and that of his then-girlfriend, Adept, which caused quite a stir among his fans.

This trust, however, came back to haunt him when they broke up. Adept is said to have kept the car. xQc says that Adept used the McLaren to drag him into discussions repeatedly.
The breakup was pretty public, and xQc felt like he'd ended the relationship without any legal obligations. Adept, on the other hand, saw herself as xQc's spouse under a Texas law and claimed the ownership.

Details from the Lawsuit
The latest court documents show that xQc is suing Adept for $500,000. He's making a few claims, including:
- Selling the McLaren 720 S without sharing the proceeds with xQc.
- Using another car, a 2022 BMW X6M, for personal purposes despite it being owned and paid for by xQc, who spent over $148,600 on it. The BMW is now valued at around $110,000.
- Registering the BMW in 2024 and using xQc's credit card without permission, which cost about $1,500. The documents show that Adept used the BMW as her main vehicle without asking xQc for permission or paying him for using it.
As of now, neither xQc nor Adept has said anything about the court documents
