ELLIE (THE LAST OF US): Ellie's sexuality has often been the subject of heated discussions. Yet her story fits so well into the feel of the game! TRACER (OVERWATCH): In a short webcomic about the character Tracer, Blizzard revealed what many fans already thought. Tracer has a girlfriend! Her name is Emily and she lives together with the lively Brit in a London flat. (Credit: Mashable)
KREM (DRAGON AGE: INQUISTION): Krem is not a companion in the third part of Dragon Age, but we get to know him quite well in a few conversations. At some point we learn that Krem is transgender and had to flee his home because he was simply not accepted there. As part of Iron Bull's troupe, he could finally be himself. Good for him! TINY TINA (BORDERLANDS): In Borderlands 2 we meet Tiny Tina as a 13-year-old crazy bomber. In later parts she has grown up and makes occasional allusions to the fact that she likes women and has had many girlfriends. You go, girl! FUSE (APEX LEGENDS): The developers of Apex Legends have already revealed that some of their characters are queer. The new legend Fuse from Season 8 fits in perfectly. The ex-mercenary makes no secret of the fact that he is not only a "ladies' man" but also a "man's man". It was confirmed on Twitter that Fuse is pansexual. PARVATI (OUTER WORLDS): Parvati is not a romance option in Outer Worlds. Instead, we help her in a quest to win someone else over. Well, we're happy to help! Somewhat surprisingly, it was then revealed that Parvati has no interest in physical closeness and is therefore asexual. CIRI (WITCHER 3): The role-playing game by CD Projekt RED is primarily about the search for Ciri. She makes her way through the monster-infested world of The Witcher 3 and at some point, joins a band of bandits. There she meets a woman and even gets a tattoo of a rose to remind her of that woman. DORIAN (DRAGON AGE: INQUISITON): Oops, Dragon Age again. You'd almost think someone was a big fan here! Anyway, Dorian must be in this list, because he is by far the best romance option for male characters in the entire game series. At first glance, the mage from Tevinter seems like a player and flirts for all he's worth. But actually, he is extremely loyal and tries to come to terms with the fact that his own father could not accept him. And that moustache! Simply fantastic. (Credit: Annatar on YouTube)
CLAIRE (CYBERPUNK 2077): Since the game hasn't been out long, here's a quick spoiler warning. If you don't want to get spoiled for Claire's quest, just click away. For everyone else: Claire has really grown on us in her personal quest line. At one point she confides in V that her husband died in a car race. ZAGREUS (HADES): Can't miss an opportunity to promote Hades here. The rogue-like from Supergiant Games has surprised many players with a really good story and cool characters. What many people don't know: there are romances in Hades! These are usually unlocked very late in the game. Zagreus can try to bewitch men and women in the game and is successful with both. The NPC Achilles is also queer, as he tells us at some point. A truly inclusive game! (Credit: Gaymermag)
