4. Toni Kroos (Real Madrid) - 88 OVR: There's something to be said about lack of pace when we're talking about Toni Kroos. He may be one of the best midfielders of the 2010s, but it does not translate well in FIFA at all. (Credit: FUTBIN)
3. Joshua Kimmich (Bayern München) - 88 OVR: The only player that is yet to experience World Cup glory, is arguably the best one of the bunch in FIFA terms. 2. Manuel Neuer (Bayern München) - 89 OVR: Germany has a goalkeeper problem: they have a couple of great ones to pick from! 1. Marc-André ter Stegen (Barcelona) - 90 OVR: The best German player in FIFA 21 by rating and by usage. The Barcelona GK is tall, stable and with cat-like reflexes. Apart from the legend himself Nick Pope, ter Stegen is the most used gold GK card in the game. (Credit: FUTBIN)
