LoL Patch 14.13 has some big changes in store for players on Summoner's Rift, but with Riot paying more and more attention to Arena, they've also made some major changes for this unique game mode as well to keep things fun and balanced.
Arena is sticking around throughout the entire ranked split, with Riot looking to keep the balance fresh. With them introducing 16-bans in the previous patch, what will be different in LoL Patch 14.13?

Riot is going to be buffing quite a few champions in this LoL Arena patch. A wide variety of champions will be getting some love from the Arena balance team this time around, with damage dealers and tanks receiving buffs.

There are far fewer champion nerfs this patch, which goes to show how well balanced Arena feels currently for players. Adding in more bans will also help players see more diversity in the game mode, hopefully. So who is getting nerfed this time around?

Since there are no augment nerfs this time around, Riot is going to be nerfing only items in the game, but even then, there aren't many adjustments that the balance team is making.

One champion is going to be receiving adjustments in this League of Legends Arena Patch, and that is Vi.

Free Champion Rotation
Not only is Riot making these balance changes in this patch, but they've also added in a free champion rotation to Arena. These champions will be available to all players. In comparison to LoL Patch 14.12, there are far fewer LoL Arena changes this time around, but it is still a decent balance patch that should keep things unique and interesting in every game of Arena.
