The constant changes in League of Legends make the game quite confusing at times. The addition of champions each year makes the overview of 160 champs almost impossible. Thankfully, Riot introduced the weekly champion rotation, which allows players to test out the champions for free.

Riot Games loans out around 10% of playable champions for free each week. This keeps League of Legends interesting and gives players the opportunity to experiment. Once you hit level 11, you gain access to the free champion rotation. The free champion rotation switches up every single Tuesday, so be prepared to try some new stuff on Summoner's Rift weekly.

You want to know with whom you win every game this patch? Then take a look here!

Remember: You can only pick those champions in Normal Blind Pick or Draft Pick. If you want to take them to Ranked, you need to purchase them first!

LoL Free Champion Rotation: You Should Try Out These Champions!

This week's top lane pick for you is Tahm Kench. He's got everything, hard crowd control, sustain, tankiness and he's got a whole lot of damage, even against tanks. Take Grasp of the Undying and build standard tank items, you won't be disappointed. You can bully the enemy laner easily with your Q and heal back a lot of the damage you suffer in trades. Easy to learn, easy to win.

Moving over to the jungle, we'd like to introduce you to Nocturne. An exceptional assassin, especially in low elo. You can basically farm until you have your ult and dominate the game. Note that Nocturne is most effective when he plays against squishy champions. Buy Profane Hydra and Youmuu's Ghostblade to maximize the speed of your jungle clear. Only use your ult for ganks after your teammate has engaged in the fight, because Nocturne only has a single target crowd control ability that takes a while to cast.

In the mid lane you should definitely try out Vladimir. Very easy to learn and highly potent. He deals a ton of damage and heals so much that it is almost impossible to lane against him. His spells don't even cost mana so you can lane forever with this champion. You can build full AP, full tank or a mix between the two. This champion should carry you at least to Gold, maybe even Platinum.

Our ADC pick for this week's rotation is Samira. She is a lane bully that excels in harassing the enemy where she can, going for short to medium trades. When she's got her ult, she can almost all-in anyone, provided she has a support to back her up. If you farm well in the beginning of the game, you have great potential to scale with Samira. Just be careful to not dash recklessly, since it is your only source of mobility.

And last but not least, we have Zyra as our support pick. AP items are still completely broken, and Zyra is one of those champs that doesn't need much to deal immense damage. You basically just have to buy a Liandry's, and you're all set. As a support, she works best because she can zone enemies very well, and she can push waves. Your opponents will be pushed under their tower all game, and you can simply roam. Zyra is one of the strongest supports right now.
