Our library of Disney+ movies includes classics from Walt Disney Animation Studio’s history, alongside new releases that are equally iconic. Let's get started!

Toy Story redefined animation, captivating audiences of all ages with its groundbreaking visuals and heartwarming humor. The film doesn't waste a moment; it's fast, well-written, and full of interesting characters. | © Disney
Big Hero 6 has the same special feeling of "Disney magic" as Lion King and Frozen. It's a great parable, made for all ages, and it leaves you feeling great. | © Disney
Sleeping Beauty is an ideal princess movie from Disney, with perfect pacing and culminations that will bring you to tears. Disney's two decades of experience and technological advancements have produced a visually stunning and captivating masterpiece. | © Disney
Tangled adapts the story of a Rapunzel, but in this case, our princess is far more of a complete character. It's a great re-imagining, and the world is inviting. Definitely one of the better Disney flicks of recent years. | © Disney
Frozen II maintains the values of its predecessor with gorgeous animation, lovely and well-written songs, and many new characters and places. But, it is iterative of the first film, so we can't give it many points for innovation. | © Disney
Hercules is a beautiful movie that finds the right balance between humor, adventure and romance. A certified banger, although at this point it will feel dated to younger audiences. | © Disney
Not only is "I'll make a man out of you" one of the best songs Disney have ever produced, but Mulan also tells a complex story about responsibility and morals, all set in the face of a devastating war in ancient China. Oh, and audiences met one of the best Disney Princesses ever written. | © Disney
Lilo & Stitch is an interesting film that, at least for the time, was diverse for Disney. All the characters are extremely likable, and the film's emotional moments still evoke nostalgia. | © Disney
Of course. Frozen tells the story of the Kingdom of Arendelle and the sister-duo Anna and Elsa, each of them struggling in their own way. From a technical perspective, the film gets top marks across the board for animation, music, and character design. But, admittedly, the story ("love is the answer") is unoriginal. | © Disney
Enchanto is one of the greatest animated movies of the last few years, showcasing that Disney can succeed without traditional antagonists. It might not be Oscar-worthy, but it's an entertaining and refreshing film. | © Disney
Bambi is a timeless movie and for good reason. Packed to the brim with heartwarming friendships, and poignant life lessons, we watch the young fawn group up after initial tragedy. | © Disney
The Little Mermaid marked the start of the "Disney Renaissance", a period that demanded higher budgets but paid off massively for the company in the 90s. Ariel and Ursula are great, but Sebastian might be the best side character in Disney, and is a big part of the reason we can rank this film so highly. | © Disney
Raya and The Last Dragon is a fun adventure with a strange tone that mixes drama and comedy. It has a unique Disney pace that makes it feel like a video game, with some unique aesthetics and appropriately amazing animation. This is definitely one of the most underrated Disney films. | © Disney
The Lion King did a brilliant job of explaining grown-up concepts to kids. The plot is borrowed from Hamlet, and the music, animation, and storyline make it one of the best animated movies of all time. | © Disney
If you're a dog person and love dogs as much as I do, Lady and the Tramp will hit you hard. It was the first wide-screen movie from Disney, and they took advantage of it. | © Disney
Even though by today's standards, Fantasia is outdated, this animated movie from Disney was the first contact with classical music for millions of kids worldwide. It's worth watching even if you're not familiar with classical music. | © Disney
An enduring classic that touches the bottom of hearts, Beauty and the Beast is widely considered the best Disney movie ever made. It does admittedly reflect outdated stereotypes about women's role in society, btu it's visually stunning, well-written, and deeply emotional. | © Disney
Dumbo is a timeless Disney classic with one of the most heartbreaking moments in animation history: Dumbo's mother gets imprisoned because she tries to protect her child. The duo of Dumbo and Timothy also reminds us of the charming duo of Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket. | © Disney
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is maybe the most iconic Disney film of all time, and it was one of the highest-grossing films for its time. The scenes with the stepmother are especially well-done, and have terrified generations upon generations of kids. | © Disney
Aladdin is a masterpiece and deserves a remake soon. And thankfully, it isn't quite as problematic as you might expect for a Disney film set in the Middle East. | © Disney
Moana is a wonderful representation of a strong Disney princess, who learns and grows with each film. Unlike Frozen, which was overhyped and overexposed, Moana offers a more balanced experience with its heartwarming characters, beloved Disney songs, and compelling narrative. | © Disney
This movie is a timeless classic and the perfect product of Disney's silver age. Plus, huge bonus points for a great villain in Cruella de Vil, and all the cute dogs. | © Disney
Cinderella is one of the best animated films that stays true to the original fairy tale. It's not trying to do anything too clever, it's simply a great retelling of a great story, and it provides a much-needed "happily ever after". This is peak Disney. | © Disney
Zootopia presents one of the best relationships you'll ever see in any animated movie, and that's just one of the many reasons we love it so much. Even as a family-friendly film, it doesn't shy away from difficult conversations, and delivers a powerful message about discrimination and prejudice. I truly admire Disney for tackling such heavy themes. | © Disney
Pinocchio offers a unique cinematic experience, exploring themes that may resonate differently with different audiences. Darker undertones may not be suitable for children or people sensitive to emotional storytelling, but if you love that kind of movie, Pinocchio is one of the best in its genre. And is of course complete with great animation, a good score, and loveable characters. | © Disney
