The Best Warzone Pacific Double Barrel Shotgun Loadout | Filthy

The Double Barrel shotgun got no attention on launch... then someone discovered the most reliable one-tap build we've ever seen in Warzone. Here's the best Double Barrel loadout in Warzone!

The Double Barrel shotgun was, quite understandably, neglected on launch. And in general, it's not a good gun for Warzone. But with this specific build, you can kill a fully plated enemy in the fastest time we've ever seen in Warzone. Sure, it's limited to close-range, so maybe it's more of a Rebirth weapon, but in that domain, it rules supreme. So what attachments do you need? And what does a Double Barrel loadout look like?

Note: This is a loadout specifically designed for use in Warzone. If you want to use the Double Barrel shotgun in Vanguard's multiplayer, then you're looking for this loadout guide.

Akimbo, Akimbo, Akimbo. That's the key attachment here, but unfortunately you unlock it at level 65. Which makes this more of a build for Vanguard owners than gen-pop. Because until you have Akimbo, the Double Barrel just doesn't offer much. But when you do have it, pop it on, and choose the attachments above, and you'll almost always be able to kill a triple plated enemy by shooting both shotguns at once. The build is pretty self-explanatory, once we have Akimbo on, everything else is directed towards improved hip fire accuracy.

The Best Secondary, Grenades & Perks for a Double Barrel Loadout

The Bren is doing absolute bits right now, and the build above has proven itself particularly capable. If you want even more controllability, you could sub out the 303 British Drum Mag for 6.5 Arisaka, but either way, this isn't a hard gun to control, and it does ridiculous damage over range.

TacticalFlash

Flash grenades have fast overtaken Stuns as the go-to secondary when Heartbeat Sensors aren't on the cards, and Frags have been buffed, so you might have some luck with these. But without Clays, there's no "perfect" lethal grenade for this loadout.

The Best Perks for the Double Barrel

Perk 1Cold-Blooded
Perk 2Overkill

Perk 3

Amped

Obviously, this kind of wacky Double Barrel build is not going to serve as your main, so we're taking Overkill. For the same reason, we're going to take Amped, so that we swap from our heavy LMG to our nifty sawn-offs as quickly as possible. And Cold-Blooded has become the meta Perk 1 pick because Combat Recon is so popular, and this is the direct counter to that.

If this just isn't working for you, and you want just a little more range on your secondary, maybe the MP40 is what you're looking for?
