BOCW MP5 — **MP5:** The MP5 is far and away the most overpowered weapon in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The MP5 is a hard-hitting speed demon that rules the close and mid-range and you shouldn't really be picking up any other weapon for those type of encounters, at least until an enevitable nerf comes the MP5's way. | © Activision

BOCW Krig 6 — **Krig 6:** A few weeks ago we would probably not have included the Krig 6 in this ranking. Before that, it was only below average, thanks to the pleasant recoil pattern and the high hit multipliers at distance, the weapon is now back in the lead. | © Activision

**C58:** Actually, the C58 hasn't been around that long, but the assault rifle has conquered the community easily. Even if it is in the meta, it's not a weapon for everyone. But whoever gains control of this wild weapon also dominates on the battlefield. | © Activision

BOCW AK 47 — **AK-47:** You can have all the fancy guns in the world, yet in the end, we all come back to the good old AK-47. If the MP5 qualifies as a hard-hitter, then this weapon is the embodiment of a bulldozer. It does come with some accuracy hindrance, but if you are able to nail those shots, the kill will be yours. | © Activision

**FARA 83:** The assault rifle convinces with its rate of fire, the good Iron Sight is also very impressive. The strong TTK rounds off the weapon perfectly. The FARA definitely belongs in the meta.| © Activision

BOCW Milano — **Milano 821:** That the Milano appears in our ranking may be a bit of a surprise. Meanwhile, the weapon has risen to the meta of medium-range weapons. At the moment it works a little better than before at a short distance. Simply a fantastic all-rounder. | © Activision

Black ops cold war m16 — **M16:** The M16 is the Tactical Rifle version of the MP5. Good stats across the board make this gun a trusty companion on any given BOCW day. It's not nearly as overpowered as the SMG, but it comes damn near close to it. | © Activision

BOCW AUG — **AUG:** The AUG is another tactical rifle with burst fire like the M16. It has significantly higher damage, but is also a bit more difficult to control. On the upper torso and head, one burst is almost always enough to destroy your enemies. | © Activision

**Swiss K31:** Anyone who likes to use sniper rifles to play at great distances or for quick-scoping is well advised with the Swiss. After the last patches, the Swiss even overtook the Kar98k in Warzone - so definitely worth a look. | © Activision

Cold War LW3 Tundra — **LW3-Tundra:** Give the MP5 a real sniper alternative. With the SMG's dominance at shorter ranges and the Tundra's long-distance prowess, the BOCW grounds will be covered with your enemies' blood. The Pelington 703 can do a similarly good job, but we'd still prefer the Tundra. | © Activision
