One of the most important Valorant tournaments is currently underway. The Stage 3 Challengers 2 event will determine which teams will make it to the Challengers Playoffs. For some it'll be their last ride with no chance of qualifying for neither Masters Berlin nor Valorant Champions. Here's what happened in North America and Europe.
Just the other day we saw two of the biggest esports organizations get eliminated in the EU Stage 3 Challengers 2 event. Alliance and Team Vitality are out of the race with seemingly no way to come back into it. Both teams are lacking the necessary circuit points to get an invitation for the Last Chance Qualifier. This means we won't be seeing them anytime soon. Many others will follow a similar fate. Here's what happened so far.
VCT North America Stage 3 Challengers 2 Results

It has been some time since we last saw TSM's Valorant squad in a Valorant tournament. Will they be able to finally reach the top? Here are the matches you can expect later today:

VCT Europe Stage 3 Challengers 2 Results
The Challengers 2 event started a day before the one in NA, so things have progressed further. We already mentioned that Alliance and Team Vitality were eliminated, but two more teams went home yesterday. Team BDS fell to Fnatic while Rix.GG Thunder lost to TENSTAR. This leaves us with only four teams in total:
- Team Liquid
- Giants Gaming
- Fnatic
- TENSTAR
Team Liquid and Fnatic were the clear favorites to place high in the event. Liquid are about to face Giants in the upper bracket final, but things aren't looking too good for the orange team. Fnatic will have to beat both TENSTAR and either Liquid or Giants to secure a spot in the upcoming Challengers Playoffs.
Unlike North America, only the top two teams will advance to it. Here are the matches for today:
- Team Liquid vs. Giants Gaming – 5:00 PM CET
- Fnatic vs. TENSTAR – 7:00 PM CET
Both events will conclude this Sunday, August 1, so prepare for an action-packed weekend.
