Here you can find the brand-new leaks and teasers about the upcoming Duelist for Season 7 Act 3, which begins on October 31st! Below, you'll find out more about Agent 24: Iso.
Thanks to Easter eggs and teasers from Riot themselves, the Valorant community have been able to predict quite a bit about the next upcoming Valorant agent, the 7th Duelist. If you'd like to read a summary of theories regarding the recent teasers, you can find it here:

We just received some exciting new teasers that reveal more about the abilities of the next agent. And, a picture was recently leaked on Twitter, showing the final design of the new duelist and his name, which is Iso. He looks somewhat like an anime character, but I think he looks badass!
As for the new teasers, they reveal some interesting gossip amongst the agents:

In case you don't have the opportunity to watch the teaser right now, here are the text messages for you:
Reyna: "He's good. but my targets move."
Neon: "UMMM HE DOESN'T MISS?"
Neon: "PHOENIX IS GONNA HATE THIS LMAO"
Cypher: "Seems useful, don't you think?😏"
Phoenix: *is sending a message*
Besides Cypher being dubbed a boomer in the comments, the conversation also allows for some speculation regarding Iso's abilities.
Some suspect his kit might include an aimbot, just like Soldier 76 from Overwatch. After all, in the background of the teaser, there's a target with a bullet hitting the dead center. And then Neon also claims that he never misses.
Moreover, the target shatters and the bullet itself breaks into smaller pieces. This happens partly in slow motion. Could some of this be indicative of the new agent's abilities?
The explosive power of the bullet could suggest that Iso has an ability to buff his shots. We've seen something similar in the Ultimate of agents like Chamber (enhanced sheriff and operator with a slow effecting the target), Jett (enhanced accuracy), Neon (laser beam) and Reyna (faster bullet velocity).
And what about the slow-motion? Is it just a cinematic effect, or could Iso possibly manipulate time? Let's not forget Reyna's snarky comment, where she says her targets move. This could imply that Iso's targets might be stagnant for some reason.
Furthermore, Riot teased us yesterday with another snippet:

You can see a chat conversation between Raze and Phoenix:
Raze: *sends a picture of the bullet hitting the target*
Phoenix: "damn. he's ok ig. find anything else?"
Raze: "Just this." *sends a picture of a noodle dish*
Phoenix: "fine. he can join if he brings me a bowl."
Well, Phoenix certainly has his priorities straight, and Iso seems to be a great cook. The teaser could be another hint at the new agent's East Asian origins (which I've explicitly addressed here).
