5. Wave Dash

We're going to keep these as short as possible (quick-guide time!). A wave dash is basically a flip that you cancel whilst still maintaining the speed increase that you would have otherwise received. This is useful because a flip consumes quite a bit more time, and you cannot control yourself during the animation. Thus, jump, pull your nose up a little, let your car land on your back two wheels, push the stick forward, then jump again. 4. Fast Aerial

Okay, this one is a tad tricky. The important thing about the fast aerial is the "fast" in its name. This technique allows you to fly into the air at alarming speeds, and is vital for winning matches against pro players. So hold the left stick down and then press jump and boost at the same time. Once you have done that, release the left stick (or you will do a backflip)... 3. Dribble

Dribbling is a bloody complicated one to master. There is no one way to be awesome at dribbling, but we have a few tips for you: take off ball-cam when dribbling, practice a lot, think of it as if you were playing football (baby kicks), use the camera to your advantage, gently control your speed and direction, and don't use too much power, or you will "kick" the ball way too hard! 2. Half Flip

Well, this is a pretty specky one for sure! It's sort-of a half backflip, but allows you to do a full 180-degree turn unbelievably fast. Obviously, this is insanely useful, because you want to get to that ball, or defend that goal, as quickly as humanly possible. It's also ridiculously hard to pull off without a ton of practice, so make sure to watch our video tutorial for more detailed instructions. Face the car one way, then initiate a flip. Whilst the flip happens, force your analogue stick forwards, away from your current direction. This will make you land on your back. Perfect! Now, do a barrel roll and land on your wheels. 1. Drop Kick / Half Volley

The first thing you need to understand about this is that a volley is a shot hit right before the ball hits the ground, and a half volley is hit almost immediately after the ball bounces. It requires speed, and like most of these mechanics, precision, and practice. That's why we wrote and recorded a video on it, after all.
