Despite the ridiculously spelled out "M0nkeyM00n" username (seriously, what's with the zeros in there? Is that really necessary?), this player was truly impressive in 2021. As our Player of the Month for July, M0nkeyM00n was one of the top Rocket League earners of 2021, taking home a whopping $131,433 USD. Possibly the only player on this list whom didn't score an EarlyGame Player of the Month award in 2021, we expect that jstn will be awarded this privilege at some point in the new year. Why is he the third best player of last year, though? Well, that's simple: $138,333 USD is a lot of money. Like... a lot. Despite the absurd name (Esports players all have ridiculous names anyway), SquishyMuffinz saw a meteoric rise in 2021. With a total earnings of $143,333 USD in 2021, SquishyMuffinz won our Player of the Month award in May after an insanely impressive performance during the RLCS X Spring Majors. He went on to compete in RLCS X, and became instrumental for NRG's success in subsequent tournaments. Honestly, guys, you should check out some of his plays. It is not surprising at all that GarrettG tops this list. In fact, it's almost pointless to talk about him, he's just that good and he's just that well known.
