Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery adds yet another exciting name to its star-studded cast.
The third Knives Out move, officially titled “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery”, is shaping up to have an exciting all-star cast. Previously, it has been confirmed that breakout stars Josh O’Connor (“Challengers”, “The Crown”, “La Chimera”) and Cailee Spaeny (“Priscilla”, “Civil War”) will join Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc on his next adventure.
Now, another exciting name has been confirmed: Andrew Scott will star in Knives Out 3, as was revealed by Variety.
Knives Out 3 Assembles A Star-Studded Cast
Andrew Scott (“Ripley”, “Fleabag”, “All Of Us Strangers”) will star in Wake Up Dead Man in a currently-unknown role. The film will once again be directed, written and co-produced by Rian Johnson, who was the key creative of the first two films in the series.
We don’t know yet what the third part will be about, but a teaser trailer claims that Craig’s master detective is going to face his “most dangerous case” yet.

The Knives Out movies have quickly become iconic for their amazing casts. The first title featured Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis and LaKeith Stanfield, while the sequel Glass Onion employed big names such as Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe and Dave Bautista. So far, the newest entry is shaping up to have the best cast yet.
Wake Up Dead Man is going into production soon, with a release being planned for 2025.
