YouTuber Rosanna Pansino uploaded a video on YouTube, leaking an employee's manual, which contains several questionable lines about working hours and practices.
MrBeast has been facing a wave of criticism over the past few days, with accusations ranging from poor working conditions on set to false giveaways, fake videos, and even promoting gambling. The controversy has now intensified as Rosanna Pansino, a prominent American YouTuber, leaked even more evidence against Mr Breast. Pansino has made several accusations regarding the Amazon Prime Video show, "Beast Games," citing reports from contestants about poor conditions on set.
MrBeast's Bizarre Employee Manual Leaked
Rosanna Pansino recently uploaded a video titled "The REAL MrBeast... (Leaked Document)," where she delved into various allegations against MrBeast, including poor working conditions on his sets, unethical business practices, and a leaked internal employee manual that allegedly reveals a toxic work culture at MrBeast Productions. Pansino claims to have verified the authenticity of this document with two former MrBeast employees.
This internal manual, reportedly authored by MrBeast himself, outlines the expectations and management style within his production company. According to Pansino, the document categorizes employees into three groups: "A players," "B players," and "C players," with "A players" being the only ones considered valuable to the company. "C players," described as average employees, are labeled "poisonous" and are to be removed from the company immediately.
One particularly troubling aspect of the document is a section titled "No does not mean no." This part details a pretty aggressive tactic that MrBeast's team is instructed to use when they face rejection, especially from people outside the company. Essentially, if someone, like an employee at a store, says "no" to something, such as filming on their premises, the team is told not to take that "no" seriously. Instead, they're encouraged to keep pushing by talking to other employees, reaching out to higher-ups, or even getting MrBeast himself to DM them on social media. The idea is to keep trying until every possible option is exhausted.
Another concerning passage from the document is titled "The amount of hours you work is irrelevant" and contains the following text:
"Before you get mad, recall the story about James solving a problem in 30 minutes that a team of 5 couldn’t solve in a week. In that example, does it really matter how many hours they worked? Obviously, we want grinders who put in the hours, and I love you guys to death that do. But at the end of the day, you will be judged on results, not hours. We are a results-based company. Get shit done and move the goalpost!"
While it's clear that solving problems quickly should be a priority in any company, the wording is a bit concerning. Is it simply supposed to encourage faster problem-solving, or does it imply that employees might not be compensated if they don't achieve the desired results?
What the public needs now is for MrBeast to make an honest statement addressing all these accusations. He needs to acknowledge any mistakes and outline his plans to change working conditions in the future. But will he?
