Riot has promised some epic esports drops during the League of Legends World Championship, but the promised Tiffany & Co chromas are far and few between. Finally, Riot is fixing the drops and given us exact dates when we can expect them.
Throughout the League of Legends World Championship, players are able to get rewards just by watching the event. Riot does this every single time they've got a big international tournament. These drops encourage players to really watch the event, instead of sleeping and just tuning in to the VODs the next morning.
For this World Championship, Riot promised to ramp up the rewards and even introduced special chromas for Akshan, Zyra and Swain and their Crystal Rose skins, but it seems like players haven't been getting these drops. So, Riot is fixing it. When do you need to tune in to get these special chromas?
LoL Worlds 2022: Riot to Fix Tiffany & Co Chroma Drops
Tiffany & Co have worked together with Riot on multiple occasions already, creating the championship rings for those who win the Spring and Summer split in the LCK, re-designing the LPL Championship trophy and this year even creating a brand-new Summoner's Cup.
They also made a few special chromas, but the drop system from Riot seems to be faulty once more. 2022 isn't the first year fans complain about the drop rate, this issue is going back all the way to 2020 where nearly no drops were given out to players who watched the event on the official lolesports website.
On a Reddit post Riot5oda explained that they're trying out something new with the Crystal Rose chromas this year and that Riot wants to everyone to have a chance at getting these ultra-rate chromas. So, if some fans missed their opportunity to get them, then don't worry there are more chances to get them by watching.

Tiffany & Co Crystal Rose Chroma Drop Dates
As already mentioned three champions have received chromas. The Akshan drop had already passed, but Riot is adding a new date for when you can get your hands on the chroma, if you tune in to watch all the League of Legends esports action.
Here are all the dates for when you can get the Crystal Rose drops:
- Crystal Rose Zyra: First game of DRX vs EDG on October 23
- Crystal Rose Akshan (re-drop): First game of the first semifinal on October 29
- Crystal Rose Swain: First game of the second semifinal on October 30
You don't need to own the champion or skin to get the chroma. If you do get it, then it'll be in your inventory until you get the champion and skin. So don't worry if you only play Swain in ARAMs and have the chroma, you'll still get it.
