Outside of a much-desired disc version of the popular RPG, the physical Deluxe Edition will also include a bunch of nice extras. This includes a nice mixutre of physical goodies, as well as in-game bonuses (which seem to differ from the Baldur's Gate 3 Digital Deluxe edition).
How Baldur's Gate 3 works on discs
The PS5 version comes on two discs, while the Xbox Series X version of Baldur's Gate 3 needs three discs. If you order the Deluxe Edition for PC, you will get a DVD with a "custom BG3 installer + Steam serial key" according to Larian's website.

You can now pre-order the Baldur’s Gate 3 Physical Deluxe Edition on Larian’s website, where you will also find more details on the in-game bonuses. It’s great to see Larian not just fulfill the fans’ wishes for a physical edition, but really put care and effort into it. For 79.99, you get a really beautiful and fulfilling package here.
Michael Douse, Larian's Director of Publishing, emphasised how important that was to them in a series of tweets:
Tried to keep the price as low as possible. Reading the room. Something you'll enjoy owning, and something that celebrates your love for the game, but not far away from the cost of a standard retail game. Possible only due to going direct to you.
