According to Xbox's head of gaming services, a new Xbox Series X and Game Pass exclusive is coming, and it will "blow your mind". The Xbox executive revealed that a new exclusive IP is coming to Xbox Series X, as well as Game Pass, and might even rival Halo and Gears of War for most mind-blowing next-gen experience!
We don't know about you, but if we hear the words "mind" and "blowing" in the same sentence as a new Xbox Exclusive, we get pretty hyped. Well according to Ben Decker, who is Xbox's Head of Gaming Services, that's exactly what we are headed towards!
He had this to say in an interview with Gamesradar...
We have 23 studios across Xbox and Bethesda, working on Halo, Forza, Fallout, and new IP that we haven't even talked about yet that's gonna blow your mind...
A very audible "WELP" just reverberated throughout the office. If this dude is comparing whatever the new exclusive Xbox Series X and Game Pass Exclusive IP is, to the likes of Halo, Forza and Fallout, then we probably should be stepping up the hype game!
What is the New Xbox Series X and Game Pass Exclusive?
We do not yet have any details about the new Xbox Series X and Game Pass exclusive IP. There has been no information provided from Microsoft, except for the short snippet above. Could it be another shooter? A platformer? We hope that it's a more Naughty Dog style action-adventure title. We can dream, okay?
Yes, that "WELP" is justified. We expect that you probably also "welped" a little bit. A new Xbox Series X and Game Pass Exclusive? This E3 is going to be one hell of a good one, that's for sure! Wait, will it even be at E3? Who knows...
Xbox Game Pass has been a rip-roaring success, with more than 100 games available, and huge numbers of people flocking to Microsoft's futuristic game-streaming service. We say futuristic because we truly believe that Game Pass will be the future of gaming.
