God of War Ragnarök is launching on November 9 for PlayStation 4 and PS5. And there's tangible excitement in the air. The game reviewed phenomenally well and everyone is excited to see the next chapter in the story of Kratos and his son Atreus. But when can players actually start playing the game? Here is the release time for God of War Ragnarök.

Will God of War Ragnarök Be On PC?

God of War Ragnarök Release Time

God of War Ragnarök will launch on November 9 at midnight, whatever region you're in. That means, as soon as November 8 ends and November 9 begins, you will be able to play the game. That also means that it's not a simultaneous launch: the game will be first available in New Zealand, before it launches in other regions.

This of course only applies to the digital version of the game. If you pre-ordered the physical disc, then you should either already have it, or get it throughout the launch day. If you pre-ordered the digital version, you can thankfully pre-load God of War Ragnarök now, so that you're ready by midnight.

Are you as excited for Ragnarök as we are? Let us know in the comments!
