- Finish the Archon Quest Prologue Chapter 3: "Song of the Dragon and Freedom" or alternatively, follow the instructions of Archon Quest Chapter 4 Act 1 "Prelude of Blancheur and Noirceur".
- You'll automatically get a teleportation point north of the Realm of Faraketh
- Unlock the Wave Rider Waypoint at the coast
- Travel to Romaritime Harbor
- Take the aquabus to the Court of Fontaine
- Enjoy your time at the capital!
