EA Sports PGA Tour will launch with two different editions, and there are some major differences between them.
It's fairly commonplace for publishers and developers to launch a game with separate editions in the modern era of video games. This gives players access to more content if they're willing to pay, but players who are not can simply buy the regular version of the game.
EA Sports PGA Tour is maintaining this trend, as the reboot of the popular golf video game series will release sporting two separate editions. As expected, one of these editions is the standard version of the game while the other is a more expensive and content-filled version. EA Sports PGA Tour Editions
The names of the two editions for EA Sports PGA Tour are the Standard Edition and the Deluxe Edition. The Standard Edition costs $70, which has become the norm for next-generation titles, and the Deluxe Edition costs $85. The difference in price isn't nearly as stark as editions of other games, which might be good news for players, as they don't have to pay that much extra for the Deluxe Edition.

If you pre-order the Deluxe Edition, you can access that content plus a variety of other benefits. However, the Deluxe Edition might not be worth it for every player.
