The Witcher Season 3 Plot Revealed!

The Witcher will soon enter its third season on Netflix. At least it is already in production, and we have already received the first official information about the plot.

We all love The Witcher, right? Be it the books, the video games or the series on Netflix. Although most of us here have probably never heard of the books.... Just recently, we got the official confirmation that a new The Witcher video game is in development, but it won't be The Witcher 4. But even those of you who only know the series and have no desire to play the games at all can now rejoice. It has finally been officially announced on Twitter that The Witcher Season 3 has gone into production, and we've even gotten an official summary of the plot already. But don't worry, there are no spoilers...

What is The Witcher Season 3 Plot?

After the first two seasons, we're all wondering how the story of Yennefer, Geralt and Ciri will continue. But hey, you don't have to worry about what the masterminds behind the successful Netflix series have planned next. Just now, a first brief summary of the plot of season 3 was posted on Twitter:

Sounds very exciting, again, without giving too much away. Even so, the summary isn't telling us a lot, we can hardly wait to see how the story of Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer will unfold. But let's be honest, what is even more important than the story of the main characters is what kind of cool monsters we'll get to see, right? Maybe I'm the only one, but I've always thought the battles against the monsters and the preparation before going into those fights were the most exciting part of the series. Probably because it reminds me a lot of the games...
