MrBeast has officially surpassed PewDiePie as YouTube's biggest content creator, now boasting the most subscribers of any channel owned by a single person.
As of November 14, MrBeast is now officially the most subscribed-to content creator on YouTuber, surpassing PewDiePie. And he doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.
Just yesterday, MrBeast surpassed the Swedish record holder and has now already cemented his lead by more than 100K subscribers. It is wild to see the 24-year-old overtake PewDiePie, after previously helping him reach 100 million subscribers.
Jimmy is well known for his crazy content ideas and events, like hosting his own League of Legends tournament, getting buried alive and many more.

Now all of these crazy ideas have paid off for him, making him the biggest content creator on all of YouTube. You know we're not including organizations like freaking T-Series though, right?

PewDiePie has been the biggest content creator on the platform for quite some time, so this is a historic moment in YouTube history.
Felix himself doesn't seem to mind being overtaken at all, though, stating:
Come on, I’ve been retired for like 2 years now. I can’t wait for it to be over […] that’s alright he definitely deserves it.
I know Pewds is not really retired, I mean, he is still producing content and all, but I think he is just having a way more relaxed approach than before.
MrBeast likes to enjoy his achievements in a big fashion, like giving away an island in a video celebrating 100 million subscribers. So maybe he has got something big in store for his win over the former long-time champion of YouTube.
