There is going to be a new Looney Tunes film featuring a mix between animation and live action acting. And who is better fit for a world full of small, talking animals than John Cena? Everyone's favorite nerdy hunk is going to be in this film, but who is he going to play? And what is the film going to be about?

John Cena Is Going To Be In The Next Looney Tunes Film

This news was first reported by Deadline and honestly... it sounds bonkers. According to the article, the film is going to be called Coyote vs. Acme and it's going to be a "animated hybrid pic". For the younger ones among you, "pic" means "picture", that's how boomers call movies. Also "animated hybrid" hopefully means, what we think it means – we're talking about a classic Space Jam situation over here, you know what I mean? What I mean is a film with real actors awkardly CGI'd into an animated movie. This should be fun!

So what is this movie gonna be and who is John Cena playing? This is how Deadline describes it:

The film follows Wile E. Coyote, who after ACME products fail him one too many times in his dogged pursuit of the Roadrunner, decides to hires a billboard lawyer to sue the ACME Corporation. The case pits Wile E. and his lawyer against the latter’s intimidating former boss (Cena), but a growing friendship between man and cartoon stokes their determination to win.

The film is also going to be produced by James Gunn, so we're looking forward to a wild, fun trip. And we're excited to see Cena in this, because we love us some silly stuff. And this sounds very silly... meaning that in the most loving sense, of course.
