It's that time again: the EarlyGame Awards 2024 with support of Laureus Sport for Good Germany have kicked off, and this time with a brand-new category! It's time to honor the streamers who didn't just followed the trends but have always stayed true to themselves. The nominees for the Non-MainStreamer of the Year 2024 are in, and here they are!
What a crazy year – not just for us at EarlyGame, but also for some streamers who rocked the past months and stayed true to their unique styles. Choosing the nominees was challenging. We had a hard time narrowing down the pool, but tough decisions need to be made.
The creators who made it to the shortlist are the ones who didn't let the mainstream influence them, staying true to themselves no matter how niche their category might be. And for that, they were rewarded with a loyal and strong community.
Before we celebrate our nominees, just a quick reminder: the awards are not just for our and your entertainment, but primarily for a good cause. A good deed every day, so don't hesitate to donate to Laureus Sport for Good Germany – and don't worry, every donated euro goes directly to them.
Just like last year, our friends at Euronics are on board again, making the awards possible alongside our main partner Memory PC – so a big thanks to them. If you're looking for a gaming PC or any electronics, you'll definitely find what you need with our fantastic partners.
We don't want to forget our friends from DFS (Deutsche Flugsicherung) either, who have joined us as partners this year. They are helping us make this year's awards bigger (and more enjoyable) than ever before!
And for those who prefer winning over buying: in the donation campaign, not only can you do good and redeem yourself for your misdeeds (I know exactly what you've been up to, you rascals), but you can also score some absolutely awesome prizes.
For every 5 euros donated, you get a ticket for the raffle. So with 10 bucks you receive two chances, 50 euros get you ten times the chance, and if you want to personally wire me some money to increase your chances, feel free to reach out! Just kidding – everything here is fair, but I'd still appreciate some money...
We've Got Some Awesome Prizes For You Again This Year!
You can win a bunch of cool stuff, but the main prize has it all! Thanks to our main partner Memory PC, this year we can offer three powerful gaming PCs up for grabs, in case any of you feel like donating some money for a good cause!
And even if you don't snag one of these beauties, participating is worthwhile for other fantastic prizes, including plenty of headsets, mice, keyboards, & more!
While we won't publicly announce the winner (that would be a privacy nightmare), if you're lucky, you might find a package containing a gaming PC worth nearly $3,000 at your doorstep! We will raffle the prizes in the weeks following the awards and will get in touch with the winners by March 8, 2024.
But now, let's get to the most important topic: the nominees and your votes! It's all up to you who takes home the Oscar of the streaming industry – the stylish EarlyGame Award for Non-MainStreamer of the Year – for a decked-out streaming background.
The community decides, so get those fingers tapping and vote.

By the way, for those who just want to vote and for whatever reason prefer not to donate, you don't have to leave empty-handed.
For those who votes, we also have a little extra surprise! DeskYou is providing some mousepads that we will raffle off among all the people who have voted! Who can resist a cool custom mousepad, right?
Non-MainStreamer Of The Year 2024 – Criteria
We determined the nominees quite randomly – as with every year, a lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into the selection. And maybe a little bit of thought too.
These considerations are as follows and represent the criteria for selecting the candidates:
- Plays a less popular game
We love people who fall in love with games that aren't on everyone's radar. If someone can bring attention to hidden gems and has fun doing it, that's pretty cool.
- Strong community
The more fans, and the cooler the vibe in the community, the better. Gathering a close-knit group earns some major points with us.
- Good year in 2023
We also look at the past year. If someone rocked in 2023, whether through big projects, more followers, or just good vibes, that's definitely a reason to shine a spotlight on them.
Enough preamble – here are the nominees, and you decide who takes the trophy home! The big show happens on February 25, 2024, at exactly 8 PM CET, so vote away!
