Season 3 Reloaded of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 is almost here! Players can enjoy the big update on May 10. But it didn't take long until the excitement disappeared again.

Warzone 2 Season 3 Pay2Win Bundles In DMZ

Season 3 has introduced bundles that require a decent amount of actual money, just like in previous seasons. However, there is a notable difference this time around.

This time the bundles are not about exclusive Operator skins, blueprints for weapons etc. They are actually Pay2Win Bundles that give players permanent advantages in DMZ.

Free UAV's & More

Many new features came to DMZ, including the Active Operator Slots, that let players have 3 different DMZ loadouts with different items, there is now a fourth Active Operator slot.

  • If you actually are interested in Bundles, then maybe purchase some CoD Points to get a unique Operator Skin and a cool Blueprint for your favorite weapon, instead of going for Pay2Win Bundles!

More surprisingly, this Active Operator Slot can only be unlocked by purchasing a bundle, worth 1200CoD Points (around $11.99).

In addition to providing an extra Active Duty Operator Slot, the so-called Bomb Squad bundle also grants players a permanent Medium Backpack at the beginning of each game.

But this is not the only advantage you can get in DMZ by buying a bundle.

Leaked information reveals that upcoming store bundles will provide other DMZ upgrades that can be purchased with CoD Points, so actual money again.

  • Classic Ghost Pack – 2-Plate Armor Vest
  • Tracer Pack: Dark Rituals II – Self-Revive Kit

Only recently, another Pay2Win Bundle was released. The Roze and Thorn Bundle offers a free UAV… for 1800 CoD Points (2400 CoD Points=$20)

But players already started to push back against these changes, which really are just Pay2Win.

Since most of these bundles have only been discovered through datamining and are not yet available in the store, it remains to be seen whether the community's concerns will be taken into account.

What do you think about the Pay2Win Bundles?

I always loved watching Lets Plays on YouTube when I was a kid. My favorite game from back then was definitely Assassin's Creed: Black Flag… but I wasn't allowed to actually play it. SAD!

I also grew up with football...
