At CoD Next 2023 they revealed a ton of new details about Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. Then, in an absolute mic-drop moment, Ted Timmons (the creative lead at Raven) announced that Rebirth Island and Fortune's Keep are going to return in 2024.
At CoD Next we got to see a ton of new details about the next big Warzone map "Urzikstan". But as the Warzone section of the showcase was about to finish, the creative lead at Raven gave us a bombshell announcement: Rebirth Island and Fortune's Keep will return in 2024. He said this is because he wants 2024 to be the best year in Warzone history, and with those maps, it just might be.

CoD Next Reveals Return Of Fortune's Keep & Rebirth Island
The two most beloved Resurgence maps from Warzone 1, Fortune's Keep and Rebirth Island, will return to Warzone in 2024. The first of the two maps to be released will be Fortune's Keep, which we expect will drop in Season 1: Reloaded, and then Rebirth Island will apparently be the next new map after that, but we weren't given any date estimate.
So far this is all we've been told, and we don't know whether they will change either of the maps.
We really, really hope they don't change the maps too much. They were perfect.
