The ICR-1 assault rifle has received recent buffs and has emerged as a top choice in the meta for Call of Duty: Mobile Season 5 (2023).
After receiving a boost in CoD: Mobile Season 2: Heavy Metal, the ICR-1 assault rifle has gained popularity among many players, and its usage is expected to continue into Season 5: Get Wrecked.
The ICR-1, initially featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops III and introduced to CoD: Mobile in the previous Season 2, is an assault rifle known for its low recoil and comparatively lower damage compared to other rifles.

Due to its lower damage output, the ICR-1 struggled to establish itself in the CoD: Mobile meta, which has been dominated by assault rifles like the M13, Kilo 141, and occasionally the MK2 Peacekeeper.
Nevertheless, the ICR-1 has its dedicated fans, and with recent damage buffs and enhanced accuracy, it is expected to see increased usage in Season 5.
Even with these improvements, to maximize the effectiveness of the ICR-1, equipping it with the most suitable attachments is crucial. To assist you in making the right choices, we have prepared two ICR-1 loadouts for CoD: Mobile Season 5, one for battle royale mode and another for standard multiplayer.

Best ICR-1 Loadout For Battle Royal
The loadout for the ICR-1 focuses on enhancing the weapon's range, making it effective on larger battle royale maps.
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Optic: Classic Red Dot Sight
- Stock: YKM Light Stock
- Underbarrel: Strike Foregrip
- Ammunition: 40 Round Extended Mag
To achieve this, we have chosen the Monolithic Suppressor, which both silences the weapon and extends its damage range by 25%.
The Strike Foregrip underbarrel reduces recoil at the expense of a slight decrease in movement and ADS speed.

To compensate for that, we've included the YKM Light Stock to enhance mobility. The loadout is completed with the Classic Red Dot Sight and 40 Round Extended Magazine, providing more ammunition per clip for prolonged engagements.
Best ICR-1 Loadout For Standard Multiplayer
This ICR-1 loadout prioritizes mobility, transforming it into more of an SMG, perfect for traditional multiplayer modes.
- Barrel: YKM Integral Suppressor Light
- Laser: QWC Laser - Tactical
- Ammunition: 50 Round Fast Reload
- Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape
- Perk: Long Shot
In this loadout, we've chosen lighter attachments, omitting additional underbarrels and muzzles, while keeping the standard stock. This approach reduces the weapon's weight, enhancing its mobility. To improve its range, we've included the Long Shot perk and the YKM Integral Suppressor Light barrel.
The Stippled Grip Tape provides additional mobility at the cost of slightly increased recoil.
With the QWC Laser - Tactical, the ADS time is reduced, making this ICR-1 build perfect for close-quarters combat.
